  • Dark red seaweed 5 oz
  • Pickles 5 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Apple 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Sour Cream 0 oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Vinegar essence to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Clove to taste
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Onion 1 head

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the seaweed, cool it, chop it, and soak it in cold marinade (for the marinade, mix water, salt, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, clove, and bay leaf to taste) for 8–10 hours or boil in the marinade for 3–5 minutes.

Step 2

Then combine with grated carrot, thinly sliced pickles and apples, onion, and season with salt, pepper, and sour cream.

Step 3

When serving, garnish with chopped boiled egg and herbs.
