Description

Every little herb on the plate is a vitamin – that’s the motto of the most accessible country-style salad. There is no authentic recipe for this popular immunity booster – some people mix the vitamin salad simply from cabbage and carrots with chopped herbs, while others add strips of green apple, and some include black currants. You can prepare vitamin salad as a snack or a side dish. Alternatively, following the example of its closest relative – the American coleslaw – you can add it to burgers and sandwiches as a vegetable component.

  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Green Apples 1 piece
  • Lemon ½ pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt ½ spoons
