Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the meat (beef, lamb, or veal), beetroot, carrot, and potato.
Step 2
Take the ready-made boiled seaweed, and add the sauerkraut.
Step 3
Dice the boiled meat, boiled beetroot, carrot, potato, and pickles, and place them in a bowl.
Step 4
Add pickled cherries, plums or lingonberries, mayonnaise, salt, mix, and place in a salad bowl.
Step 5
