Ingredients
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Potato 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Pickles 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beetroot, carrot, and potato. Let them cool and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms, pickles, and onion.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients and dress the vinaigrette with a sauce made from vegetable oil whisked with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
