Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Capers 0 oz
- Kaviar 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, carrots, and beets until tender, then peel and slice them thinly.
Step 2
Dip the fish into boiling water and cook for 5–10 minutes, then transfer it to ice water to cool. Slice it thinly.
Step 3
Combine the vegetables with the fish, add capers, dress with mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish the salad with caviar and herbs.
