Ingredients

  • Canned Mushroom Soup 10 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Pickles 3 pieces
  • Beetroot 1 piece
  • Scallions 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
  • Dill to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the peeled pickles and boiled potatoes into thin slices.

Step 2

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Step 3

Combine everything in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, and finely chopped green onions.

Step 4

Place the vinaigrette in a mound in a salad bowl, garnish with slices of boiled beetroot, wedges of hard-boiled eggs, and optionally, lettuce leaves, then sprinkle with dill.
