- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Brandy 5 fl oz
- Instant coffee 25 fl oz
- Whipped Cream to taste
- Grated Chocolate to taste

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the chocolate and cream and place it over a water bath. Melt while stirring until smooth.
Step 2
Add hot coffee and brandy. Mix well. Pour into 4 cups and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
