Ingredients
- Grappa 0 fl oz
- Fig Jam 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Prosecco 0 fl oz
- Walnut Bitters 0 fl oz
- Blackberry 3 pieces
- Rosemary 2 stalks
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shake the grappa, jam, lemon juice, and bitters in a shaker.
Step 2
Strain into a glass filled halfway with ice cubes.
Step 3
Add more Prosecco, gently stir, and top with crushed ice.
Step 4
Garnish with blackberries on skewers and sprigs of rosemary.
