- Potatoes 5 pieces
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Pickled Cucumbers 10 oz
- Canned Green Peas 1 can
- Adyghe cheese 10 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Vegan Mayonnaise to taste
- Asafoetida ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bake the potatoes and carrots in the oven until cooked in their skins. Cool and peel.
Step 2
Cut the vegetables into small cubes and place them in a large bowl.
Step 3
Slightly fry the cheese (sprinkled with turmeric).
Step 4
Add finely chopped herbs. Season to taste with salt, add asafoetida, pepper, and mix.
Step 5
Add mayonnaise to the vegetables and mix.
