Description
The herring can be mixed in a food processor or mashed with a blender. Use a small onion. The recipe is written in a truly programmer's style.
Ingredients
- Beetroot 15 oz
- Carrot 15 oz
- Sunflower Seeds 10 oz
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Wakame Seaweed 0 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed ½ piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Layer of herring — mayonnaise — potatoes — mayonnaise — carrots — mayonnaise — beets — lots of mayonnaise.
Step 2
Herring — mix finely chopped wakame, nori, onion, and mushrooms. Soak wakame in warm water for 5–10 minutes. Pour boiling water over the mushrooms.
Step 3
Mayonnaise — mix sunflower seeds, juice of one lemon, olive oil, mustard, gradually adding a little water until it reaches a thin sour cream consistency. Blend the seeds beforehand.
Step 4
Potatoes — diced avocado.
Step 5
Carrots — boiled and grated on a coarse grater.
Step 6
Beets — boiled and grated on a coarse grater.
