- Mixed salad greens 0 oz
- Fennel Bulb 30 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Green Apple 1 piece
- Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
- Pink Himalayan Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the fennel and remove the top 1-2 layers (do not use them in the salad as they are too fibrous). It is better to use the inner layers of the fennel for the salad.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips. Peel the apple and dice it.
Step 3
Add the mixed salad greens, including corn and frisée.
Step 4
Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet. After that, add them to the salad.
Step 5
For the dressing, use olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
