  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Cilantro 5 oz
  • Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
  • Fresh Mint 0 oz
  • Cotton Oil 0 fl oz
  • Ground Caraway 2 teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the cucumbers into equal pieces, as if you were dividing a circle into four parts.

Step 2

Slice the tomatoes into wedges of 6-8 pieces, depending on the size of the tomato.

Step 3

Cut the cheese into thin strips, the length of which should be equal to the tomato wedges.

Step 4

Mix the chopped ingredients together. Crush the cilantro and mint, add the oil. Grind the pepper directly into the bowl, and you can add the juice of 1/6 of a lemon. Add salt to taste.
