Description
Vinaigrette with pickled mushrooms is prepared in the same way, using different types of mushrooms - about 25 grams per serving.
Ingredients
- Potato 5 pieces
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Pickled Cauliflower 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Scallions 0 oz
- Sauerkraut 5 oz
- Vinegar essence ¼ glasses
- Vegetable Oil 3 spoons
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, then peel and slice them along with the apples, cucumbers, and carrots into wedges, cubes, or strips. Place them in a bowl and add shredded sauerkraut.
Step 2
Mash the mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar with the oil, then dilute with vinegar.
Step 3
Before serving, mix the vegetables with the prepared dressing, place them in a salad bowl, and garnish with slices of beetroot. Sprinkle with green onions and dill. You can also decorate the vinaigrette with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. The vinaigrette tastes even better if dressed with mayonnaise.
