Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the bread into 2 pieces, dip in 50 g of milk mixed with sugar and egg, and lightly bake.
Step 2
Simultaneously, chop the cabbage and peeled zucchini and sauté with 25 ml of milk and 10 g of butter. Separately sauté the finely chopped carrot.
Step 3
Mix the cooked vegetables with the chopped apples, finely chopped lettuce, and dill, spread on the toasts, smooth the top, drizzle with oil, and bake.
Step 4
Serve the toasts with sour cream.
