Description
If you need a version for fasting, you can successfully use either soy milk or soy mayonnaise instead of feta cheese. About the ingredients: I buy a mix of broccoli and carrots, and something like frozen ratatouille. Feta cheese - 'Parisian Cow'.
Ingredients
- Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' 20 oz
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Ground coriander to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the vegetables to boiling water and let them cook until soft (about 20 minutes).
Step 2
Using a ladle, strain the broth, puree the vegetables, add the feta cheese and as much broth as you like.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Lightly toast the cumin in a pan and sprinkle it when serving (if serving is planned).
