
Vegetable Salad with Shrimp

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the raw shrimp in vegetable oil for about 1–1.5 minutes, add the wine vinegar, remove from heat, and let it marinate.
Step 2
Tear the lettuce by hand.
Step 3
Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes randomly.
Step 4
Place the lettuce and vegetables in a salad bowl, add salt, and mix.
Step 5
Add the shrimp with the sauce to the vegetables, mix, let it sit for about 10–15 minutes, and serve.
