Ingredients
- Corn Salad 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Seafood cocktail 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a pot, bring water to a boil, then add the seafood mix. Cook for 5–7 minutes. Afterward, drain the seafood in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Then dice the tomatoes and tear the lettuce leaves. Combine everything with the seafood in a salad bowl and toss to mix.
Step 3
Dress the salad with olive oil, squeeze in lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
