Ingredients
- Yellow Beets 2 pieces
- Celery salt 20 oz
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Ground fennel seeds 20 oz

- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dried Chili Pepper 1 piece
- Parsley 5 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the beets, carrots, and celery. Thinly slice the beets, carrots, celery, and fennel using a mandoline. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with crushed chili, salt, and pepper. Add parsley leaves and mix well.
Step 3
