Ingredients

  • Young Cabbage 10 oz
  • Red Bell Pepper 1 piece
  • Cucumbers 6 pieces
  • Radishes 1 bunch
  • Pitted olives 5 oz
  • Green onions 3 stalks
  • Dill ⅓ bunch
  • Basil ⅓ bunch
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Kalamata olives 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Very finely shred the cabbage and peeled red pepper, season with salt, and gently knead with your hands. Slice the cucumbers and radishes into very thin rounds.

Step 2

Cut the olives and pitted olives into quarters. Mix with the salad.

Step 3

For the dressing, finely chop the green onions, basil, dill, and garlic, place everything in an immersion blender, season with salt, drizzle with the juice of half a lemon, and blend.

Step 4

Add the zest of half a lemon and the oil, blend again. Season the dressing with pepper, drizzle over the salad, and mix thoroughly.
