Ingredients
- Green Butter 5 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Unsalted peanuts, shelled 0 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Sweet Red Onion ½ piece
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Dried Rosemary a pinch
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the vegetables.
Step 2
Tear the lettuce leaves roughly and place them in a large bowl.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings, dice the tomatoes, cut the bell pepper into strips, and slice the cucumber.
Step 4
Mix the chopped vegetables with the lettuce.
Step 5
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt (not too much, as you will need to add salted peanuts later), black pepper, and oregano. Combine the dressing with the vegetables.
Step 6
Slice the mozzarella and add it to the vegetables, gently mix.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished salad with salted peanuts (you can crush them).
