  • Courgette 5 oz
  • Radish 5 oz
  • Celery stalk 5 oz
  • Cauliflower 5 oz
  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Mixed salad greens 5 oz
  • Ginger 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Malt Vinegar 0 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the ginger dressing: grate the garlic and ginger on a fine grater, then add vegetable oil, wine vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix all the ingredients well. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week.

Step 2

Boil the cauliflower and broccoli, then chop them into small pieces.

Step 3

Slice the zucchini, radishes, and celery stalk, combine them with broccoli and cauliflower, then add a mix of salad greens.

Step 4

Mix with ginger dressing.
