Ingredients
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Cucumbers 10 oz
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Spanish onions 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half-rings. If you are using bitter onion, to remove the bitterness, I recommend pouring hot water over it and letting it sit for 10 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the onion in cold water.
Step 2
Cut the cucumbers into slices, the tomatoes into wedges, and the feta cheese into cubes.
Step 3
Mix the onion, tomatoes, and cucumbers, add the corn, salt, and spices to taste. Finally, add the feta cheese and gently mix.
Step 4
Let the salad sit for about half an hour — it will soak in and be very juicy.
