Vegetable Salad with Eggs
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Pickled Cauliflower 2 pieces
- Dill 1 bunch
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Arugula 2 bunches
- Avocado 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard.
Step 2
Chop the cilantro and arugula.
Step 3
Finely chop the dill.
Step 4
Place the greens in a deep bowl.
Step 5
Finely chop the green onion.
Step 6
Slice the pickled and fresh cucumbers.
Step 7
Add the cucumbers and onion to the greens and dress with oil.

Peel and chop the avocado into small pieces.

Finely chop the garlic.

Add the avocado and garlic to the greens.

Finely chop the tomatoes and add salt.

Chop the eggs finely and add a little salt.

Add the tomatoes and chicken eggs to the other ingredients.

Add the sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
