  • Cucumbers 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and the garlic on a fine grater.

Step 3

Cut the other vegetables into small sticks.

Add homemade cottage cheese and sour cream.
