  • Chicken fillet 5 oz
  • Carrot 10 oz
  • Radish 10 oz
  • Cucumbers 10 oz
  • Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons
  • Water 5 tablespoons
  • Garlic 3 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken fillet until cooked (about 20 minutes after boiling). Cool down. Cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into strips or grate it on a medium grater.

Step 3

Remove seeds from the pepper and cut it into cubes.

Step 4

Cut the carrot into strips or grate it on a medium grater.

Cut the radish into strips or grate it on a medium grater.

Step 6

To prepare the dressing for the salad, mix the soy sauce, water, and finely chopped garlic.

Place the meat in the center of a large flat dish, arrange the vegetables around it, and drizzle with the sauce. You can use a serving dish. Pour the sauce in the center and arrange the vegetables and meat around it.
