  • Napa Cabbage 0 oz
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1½ tablespoons
  • Salmon 5 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Quail Egg 4 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Salt to taste

Chop the Napa cabbage into small pieces.
