- Arugula 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Croutons to taste
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
- Sesame Oil to taste
- Pistachios 2 tablespoons
- Courgette 1 piece
- Basil ⅓ bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the cucumber into small wedges, and transfer the vegetables to a large bowl. Add the arugula and the leaves of the red basil.
Step 2
Add thinly sliced parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
Step 3
Drizzle with sesame oil and balsamic sauce. Gently mix everything together.
Step 4
Add croutons.
