Ingredients
- Tarragon 2 teaspoons
- Carrot 10 oz
- Turnip 10 oz
- Green Peas (pod) 2 cups
- Sugar Snap Peas 10 oz
- Herbed Olive Oil ¼ cup
- Mint 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the vegetable garland, boil sliced carrots and turnips in salted boiling water for two minutes. Add the peas and cook everything for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the water and return the vegetables to the pot. Add the oil, tarragon, and mint to the vegetables. Use pepper and fleur de sel as seasoning. Serve immediately; it can be used as a side dish.
