Ingredients
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Romaine lettuce 1 bunch
- Canned Pork with Beans 15 oz
- Marinated cherries 15 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Scallions 5 stalks
- Avocado 1 and 1/5 pieces
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar 2 and ½ teaspoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dressing. In a food processor, blend cilantro, avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt until smooth. Adjust the taste.
Step 2
Thinly slice the romaine, bell pepper, tomatoes, and green onions.
Step 3
