  • Chopped almonds 5 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 15 oz
  • Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Poppy seed paste 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Paprika ¼ teaspoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Champagne Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Vegetable Oil 0.3 cups

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the almonds. Sauté, stirring, until golden brown. Let cool.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine torn spinach leaves, nuts, and cranberries.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, chopped onion, paprika, both vinegars, and vegetable oil.

Step 4

Dress the salad before serving and mix well.
