Ingredients
- Boiled White Round Rice 5 oz
- Radish 0 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Herbed Tofu 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the boiled red carrot into very small cubes: the smaller the pieces, the harder it will be to tell what they are.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into small, even cubes.
Step 3
Place the frozen corn in a colander and allow it to thaw completely. Alternatively, you can use canned corn.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients, dress with vegan mayonnaise, and season with salt to taste.
