Ingredients
- Veal 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Canned tuna in its own juice 0 oz
- Anchovy fillet 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the veal into strips and sauté in butter with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Boil the carrot and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Slice the onion and celery into thin rings.
Step 4
Dice the tomatoes.
Step 5
Combine the meat with the vegetables. Add the capers. Dress the salad with the sauce.
Step 6
To prepare the sauce, whisk the olive oil with the egg yolk and wine vinegar. Add the chopped canned tuna and anchovy paste. Season with salt and pepper.
