Ingredients

  • Homemade Chicken Sausage 15 oz
  • Potato 15 oz
  • Carrot 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
  • Cucumbers 10 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes. Then, pour cold water over them to stop the cooking process.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Peel the potatoes and carrots, then cut them into cubes about 7 mm on each side.

Add the potatoes to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the carrot to the pot with the potatoes and cook for another 4 minutes.

Add the frozen peas to the vegetables and cook for another minute. Drain the vegetables in a colander and let them sit so that all the water drains off and the vegetables cool down.

Cut the sausage and pickles into cubes the same size as the boiled vegetables.

Peel the cooled eggs and chop them into cubes using a knife or an egg slicer.
