Ingredients
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 0 lbs
- Sugar 0 lbs
- Ground Coffee 5 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Citric Acid 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Drinking Alcohol 0 qt
- Pea shoots 5 oz
- Irish Whiskey 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Layer the cherries, sugar, and coffee in a jar. Leave it at room temperature for a couple of days to allow the cherry juice to infuse with the coffee. To help the sugar dissolve completely, you can add a little water. Strain the syrup first through a cheesecloth, then through a coffee filter.
Step 2
Measure 600 ml of the prepared coffee-cherry cordial and add 50 ml of wine vinegar and 50 ml of a 10% lemon acid solution, then stir well.
Step 3
To prepare pine extract, you need to soak young pine shoots in alcohol and let them steep for at least three weeks.
Step 4
Prepare the cocktail. For one serving, fill a mixing glass with ice, pour in 30 ml of whiskey, 30 ml of cordial, and 6 drops of pine extract, then mix thoroughly. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Light a match and extinguish it in the glass.
