Tuscan Salad
Ingredients
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Stale Bread 10 oz
- Spanish onions ½ piece
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Basil 1 bunch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cube the bread and dry it in the oven.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes coarsely and the other vegetables finely, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
For the dressing, blend the olive oil with the vinegar and garlic until smooth.
Step 4
Drizzle the dressing over the bread, top with the vegetable mixture, and let sit for 20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
