Description

  • Turnips 1 piece
  • Yellow Beets 1 piece
  • "Tango Mix Salad Leaf Blend 'White Dacha'" 1 piece
  • Sweet Red Onion ½ piece
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Date honey 1 teaspoon
  • Natural Yogurt 5 oz
  • Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the turnip and grate it into slices using a coarse grater or thinly slice it into half-moons.

Step 2

Peel the beet and grate it on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Step 4

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Step 5

Combine the turnip, beet, tomatoes, onion, and salad mix in a salad bowl.

Step 6

For the dressing, mix yogurt, honey, and mustard in a glass jar. Seal tightly with a lid and shake well.

Step 7

Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving to keep the greens from wilting and maintain their crunch.
