Turkish Black Coffee
Ingredients
- Water 15 fl oz
- Ground Coffee 0 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a cezve, mix sugar, water, and coffee. Place it over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Bring to a boil (until the coffee starts to rise) and pour half of the coffee into 6 small cups.
Step 3
Return the cezve to low heat and allow the coffee to rise again. Carefully pour the remaining coffee into the cups, leaving the grounds in the cezve. Serve immediately.
