Turkey Salad with Cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Curry ½ teaspoon
- Lemon ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, cool them, and cut 4 of them into 1 cm cubes. Leave the fifth egg for decoration.
Step 2
Rinse the breast and rub it with meat seasoning. Brush with a few drops of olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake at 175°F for about 35 minutes. After cooling, cut into cubes the same size as the eggs.
Step 3
Cut the pineapple, ham, and cheese into the same size cubes.
Step 4
Mix mayonnaise with curry and lemon juice.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients, add mayonnaise, and mix. Season with salt to taste. Transfer the finished salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle with green onions. Slice the last egg and use it to decorate the salad.
