Turkey Burgers with Suluguni Cheese
Ingredients
- Turkey 20 oz
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Potato 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Chopped Green Onions a pinch
- Spices to taste
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Bun 5 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop half of the onion and mix it with the ground turkey. Add chopped herbs, spices, and the egg to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
From the resulting mixture, fry patties. The patties should match the diameter of the buns and be no thicker than 1 cm.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings and pour boiling water over it (to prevent bitterness and overpowering the flavor).
Step 4
Slice the tomato and cheese into rounds.
Step 5
Cut the buns in half. Heat a skillet without oil and toast the buns cut side down until a crispy brown crust forms.
Step 6
Spread sour cream on the bottom half of the bun, place a lettuce leaf, the patty, tomato, onion rings (to taste), and cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
