Turkey and Suluguni Salad
Ingredients
- Turkey 0 oz
- Lightly Salted Muksun 0 oz
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Cicmaty 1 bunch
- Cherry Tomato Confit 4 pieces
- Scallions 3 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Sumac to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the stems from the cicmatti leaves and chop the onion.
Step 2
Arrange on a flat plate as shown in the photo. This is important for easy mixing later.
Step 3
Slice the cucumber into strips and arrange in a fan shape.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes as close to strips as possible.
Step 5
Add to the salad.
Step 6
Season with salt.
Step 7
Drizzle olive oil around the salad.
Step 8
Cut the cooked turkey into strips.
Step 9
Add to the vegetables.
Step 10
Cut the cheese into thin strips.
Step 11
Arrange it around the salad.
Step 12
Take a fork in each hand and gently mix. Sprinkle with sumac and serve.
