Ingredients
- Green Butter 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts 10 oz
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Turnips 1 bunch
- Malt Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Smoked turkey roll 10 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Green Onions 1 tablespoon
- Table Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean, wash, and cut the lettuce into large pieces.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse the soybean sprouts in cold water and drain them in a colander.
Step 3
Slice the radishes and tomatoes thinly, and cut the turkey breast into small cubes.
Step 4
Whisk the vinegar with the mustard, gradually adding the olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and add sugar. Sprinkle the finished dressing with chopped herbs.
Step 5
Mix the vegetables and drizzle with the dressing. Top with pieces of turkey.
Step 6
Serve with a crispy baguette.
