Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Turkey 5 oz
- Apple 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 4 spoons
- Peanut Sprouts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dressing. Combine yogurt, olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Next, rinse the salad mix under cold water.
Step 3
Pre-cook or roast the turkey and allow it to cool.
Step 4
Next, slice the turkey thinly.
Step 5
Wash the apples and cut them into wedges. It's better to choose more tart or seasonal apples.
Step 6
Mix all the ingredients together and serve on a plate.
Step 7
Drizzle the salad with dressing.
Step 8
Garnish with slices of turkey on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle with peanuts.
Step 10
Serve.
