Sandwiches • Author's
Description
Artisan bread stays fresh longer, making it convenient to take on trips, but this sandwich can be made with any type of bread, such as whole grain, as we suggest in this recipe.
Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread to taste
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 10 oz
- Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Capers 0 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the mayonnaise.
Step 2
Place the canned tuna in a deep bowl, mash it with a fork, and mix it with a sauce made from mayonnaise and garlic. Do not add too much oil from the can, as it will make the dish too greasy.
Step 3
Finely chop the capers, pickles, and olives, then add them to the bowl.
Step 4
Chop the herbs, mix part of them into the overall mixture, and reserve the rest for garnishing.
Step 5
Toast the bread.
Step 6
Generously spread the mixture of tuna, pickled vegetables, and sauce on the bread. Enjoy it while the bread is still warm.
