Tuna Salad with Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Olives stuffed with lemon 1 can
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dressing: mayonnaise, yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, dry with a paper towel, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, spread on a baking sheet, and bake at 390°F until cooked.
Step 3
Cut the peeled apple and cucumber into the same cubes. Grease the plate with the dressing and arrange the salad.
Step 4
The potatoes are optional; it's up to your preference. You can also serve it with boiled quail eggs.
Step 5
Drizzle the remaining dressing over the top.
