Description

I do not recommend adding salt, as the tuna is already quite salty.

Ingredients

  • Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Shallot 1 piece
  • Napa Cabbage 1 head
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the Napa cabbage and tear it into small pieces by hand. Cut the tough parts of the leaves into thin strips with a knife. Place the cabbage in a salad bowl and gently massage it with your hands for juiciness.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes and shallot into small wedges and add them to the salad bowl.

Step 3

Open the can of tuna and transfer the fish to the salad bowl.

Step 4

Prepare the dressing by mixing the apple cider vinegar with the mustard and ground black pepper.

Step 5

Dress the salad and mix well.
