Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Romaine lettuce 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Herbs 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs. Dice the cucumber and egg into a salad bowl, add the tuna (if your tuna is already diced, you can use it directly; if in chunks, it's better to mash it with a fork), and add the lettuce 'torn' into small pieces. Chop the herbs (I used dill) and sprinkle on top.
Step 2
Dress the salad with olive oil; you can add pumpkin seeds or pine nuts to taste.
