Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Spanish onions 0 oz
  • Cucumbers 5 oz
  • Kenyan Beans 0 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
  • Tuna 10 oz
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
  • Lime 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Season the tuna with salt and pepper, and sear it in a frying pan with vegetable oil for 20-30 seconds on each side, until cooked to a blue doneness.

Step 2

Cut the tomato into wedges, dice the cucumber into 1.5 x 1.5 cm cubes, slice the green beans lengthwise into three equal pieces, cut the red onion into feathers, and halve the olives and black olives.

Step 3

Boil the chicken eggs for 5 minutes (the egg white should be cooked, and the yolk should remain runny).

Step 4

In a salad bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, olives, red onion, and Kenyan beans. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, mix everything together, and mound it on a serving plate.

Step 5

Garnish the salad with a halved boiled egg and torn pieces of seared tuna, arranged along the fibers. Add a sprig of parsley and a wedge of lime. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper over the egg yolk.
