Tuna and Seaweed Salad
Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Dark red seaweed 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Mustard Greens to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
If the tuna is in chunks, break it into pieces. Drain the water from the seaweed and place it on a plate. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Mix the seaweed with the dressing. Place it on the plate. Top with pieces of tuna.
Step 3
Dressing: olive oil + mustard.
