  • Canned tuna in its own juice 5 oz
  • Quail Egg 9 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese green beans 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Boil the beans for 10 minutes. Finely chop the herbs. Cut the quail eggs in half.

Step 2

Mix the beans, tuna, and chopped herbs. Add a little salt and pepper.

Step 3

Dress with vegetable oil. Garnish with halved quail eggs and herbs before serving.
