Tuna and Bean Salad
Ingredients
- Tuna 1 can
- Napa Cabbage 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- White Beans 1 can
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the canned tuna and mash it with a fork.
Step 2
Wash the Napa cabbage, trim the tough white core, and finely chop the green leaves.
Step 3
Add the chopped cabbage and canned beans to the bowl with the tuna.
Step 4
Add the cucumber, cut into large cubes.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
Step 6
Pour in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Step 7
Add salt.
Step 8
Add ground black pepper.
Step 9
Add a few drops of lemon juice.
Step 10
Mix well.
Step 11
Add the dressing to the salad.
Step 12
Mix everything well. The salad can be served immediately.
